Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) you appointed takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

  • An unboxing video must be provided as proof at the time of return or replacement request.

Non-returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods which, by nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable items or items past expiry).

  • Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Live fishes – non-returnable. If any damage occurs during shipment, the fish will be replaced only if an unboxing video is provided.

⚠️ Returns are only applicable for dry products such as fish food, filters, and aquarium accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. No refund can be issued without receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
