Shipping Policy

At Aquareef, we ensure that your orders are shipped in a safe and timely manner.

• Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

• Orders are generally processed and delivered within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

• Delivery timelines are subject to courier company/postal service norms. Aquareef shall not be held liable for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authority.

• All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

• A delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID provided during registration.

• Any shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Important: Once live stocks such as fishes are ordered, the order cannot be cancelled, as they are live animals and require immediate processing and handling.
